Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant
Job Description
This role involves supporting physicians and other healthcare providers by performing both administrative and clinical tasks. Key duties include handling patient scheduling, maintaining medical records, and assisting with examinations and procedures. You will also assist Urology Providers with patient care and clinical tasks, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards while providing excellent patient care and customer service.
Responsibilities
+ Perform routine clinical procedures such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting providers in setting up rooms for procedures.
+ Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC charting system.
+ Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
+ Provide excellent patient care and customer service.
+ Travel between First Hill, Canyon Park, and Issaquah clinics as required.
Essential Skills
+ Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) certification for the state of Washington required.
+ Ability to float between clinics and adapt to different work environments.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Proficiency in EPIC charting system (preferred).
+ Reliable transportation required.
+ Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are required.
Work Environment
The work schedule consists of 5x8 hour days from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The role does not require weekend or on-call shifts. You will be expected to travel between various clinics, requiring adaptability to different work environments. We have various different locations available between Seattle, Bellevue, Sammamish, Bothell, and Kirkland. Not all positions require to float.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr.
