Job Title: Project Interior Designer

Responsibilities

+ Lead the planning, design, and execution of workplace and interior projects.

+ Manage multidisciplinary teams and engineering consultants.

+ Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

+ Utilize Revit to support design development and documentation.

+ Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.

+ Contribute to business development efforts and help grow the firm’s workplace portfolio.

+ Represent the firm in client meetings and industry events.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in Revit.

+ Interior design and interior architecture expertise.

+ Schematic design and design development skills.

+ 7+ years of experience in workplace project management.

+ Experience managing complex projects with engineering consultants.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

+ NCDIQ certification preferred.

+ Knowledge of ADA codes.

Work Environment

The work environment includes four days in the office within an international firm with eleven offices across North America and several others internationally. The DC office, which employs around 110 individuals, focuses on various market sectors such as K-12, assisted living, large-scale corporate commercial, multi-family, and institutional projects. The firm is known for its fun, family-oriented culture with company outings, philanthropic events, exclusive events, and collaborative team bonding experiences. The office is metro accessible and newly renovated, offering a vibrant and engaging atmosphere.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
