    The Senior Manager, Enabler Lead is a leadership role responsible for being a connector across the enterprise supporting our growth initiatives. This role will help track and report key performance indicators, target achievement completion timelines, and risks. Key responsibilities within the Office of Excel-eration (EO) include supporting the strategic operating model for both long-range planning (LRP) and strategic growth initiatives across all stages in the process. Ensures that there is clarity on how the EO supports critical planning initiatives and stays on track via completion dates. The Senior Manager will provide strong thought leadership for the development and execution of comprehensive documentation, timely and robust insights for requirements gathering, and driving critical business decision-making to deliver on key initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    + Responsible for ensuring all actions to be delivered within our growth initiatives are identified and included in the strategic workplans by aligning vision, expectations, and timelines between the growth initiative Enabler Leads and responsible partners

    + Support reporting on the status of the initiatives including roadmap and consolidated view of cross-functional key issues, risks, and mitigation plans

    + Surface risks associated with initiative implementation and proposed solutions

    + Serve as a point of conflict resolution as needed where contending priorities exist within or across Enabler functions

    + Own initiative implementation where there is not a clear delivery partner or a tentative gap to support a seamless operating model

    + Support the balance of EO team, growth initiative Enabler Leads, Initiative Owners, and Sponsors as needed

    + Support identification of initiatives within functional roadmaps not directly tied to growth initiatives but in support of business growth; providing partnership to finalize value and resources needed to be delivered as part of initiative intake and prioritization with the Portfolio Management team

    + Participate in governance meetings as defined by the EO

    + Support the creation of a tool that organizes all initiatives, inclusive of status updates from growth initiative leads

    + Propose recommendations for targeted business process areas that may benefit from optimization/automation, to inform initiative implementation

    + Provide accountability to achievement points defined and value assigned and realized

    + As the office grows and transforms, responsibilities may vary pending the needs of the business

    Qualifications

    + 10+ years of business experience, preferably retail and strategy implementation

    + Experience in program or project delivery management overing scope, schedule, budget and senior partner communications. The ability to define and shape workstreams around a body of work.

    + Excellent professional communication skills with a keen ability to focus on and engage people around specific topics to discern relevant details.

    + Experience with a global and geo-dispersed team of direct partners, vendors and or senior partners.

    + Ability to write & deliver relevant compelling presentations.

    Education

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
