    Title:

    Lead Specialist, Global Talent

    Job Description:

    Support the creation and implementation of global talent management solutions, performance management process, succession planning, and leadership and organizational development solutions, programs, and initiatives. As a global role, work closely with regional HR partners to implement and scale leadership development solutions and other Global Talent initiatives. Job duties:

     

    + Partner with Global HR Stakeholders and Global Business Stakeholders to design and deliver development solutions to People Managers and Associates. Conduct needs analyses, take a consultative approach, research best practices, develop solutions, and measure successful implementation and ongoing management of approaches.

    + Enhance talent management processes by partnering with Global HR Stakeholders and HRIS. Lead strategy sessions, gain alignment, and project manage applicable components to ensure successful execution.

    + Work collaboratively with the leadership team and HR team to develop a healthy leadership pipeline for the organization. Help build the talent bench by contributing to the design of integrated talent management solutions including performance management, goal setting, 9-box, and succession planning process. Create tools to address needs. Through these initiatives, assist in launching Individual Development Planning with identified Key Talent.

    + Partner with Global HR Stakeholders and Global Business Stakeholders to align needs and design tiered professional and leadership development solutions.

    + Perform and oversee administrative duties related to the Learning Management System (LMS) as needed.

    + Build metrics, analytics, and comprehensive reports, present findings, and propose enhancements.

    + Administrative Management: Order materials; schedule rooms; monitor usage and effectiveness of programs; track attendance; monitor behavioral change, report out on findings; integrate Talent Development content into learning management system; and run reports as needed.

    + Create and facilitate learning and development programs, workshops, focus groups, and offsites.

    + Organizational Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of OD strategies and programs to support Associate engagement, organizational change, team effectiveness, and culture transformation.

    + Assessments: Conduct team and individual assessments (e.g., 360-feedback, workstyle, engagement), gap analyses, and workforce diagnostics to identify improvement opportunities. Measure the impact of initiatives using data analytics, surveys, and performance metrics to continuously improve offerings.

    + Change Management & Communication: Lead change initiatives related to talent programs, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption. Communicate talent management processes and programs effectively across the organization.

    + Leader Coaching & Support: Provide one-on-one coaching to mid-level and senior leaders to help them navigate leadership challenges and enhance their impact.

    + Support leaders in managing high performance and addressing underperformance. Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness, engagement, and performance management practices.

    + Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.

    + Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Talent Development/Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.

    2. A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Talent Development, Talent Management, Human Resources, or related field in a business setting. The required eight (8) years to include:

    3. A minimum of four (4) years of experience in leading performance management, 9- box, succession planning, or individual development planning and design, and

    4. A minimum of four (4) years of experience in designing, developing, and facilitating leadership or professional development solutions and programs.

    5. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in working with a learning management system (LMS).

    6. Strong project and program management skills with the ability to be proactive and take a project and run with it.

    7. Demonstrated high learning agility.

    8. Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data quickly and offer relevant and realistic solutions.

    9. Ability to create compelling reports and PowerPoint presentations.

    10. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create trusted relationships quickly.

    11. Demonstrated strong relationship management skills.

    12. Clear, concise, and compelling communication skills, including written, verbal, listening, presentation, and facilitation skills.

    13. Demonstrated strong facilitation skills with the ability to easily engage an audience and manage challenging situations.

    14. Proficient with technology, including virtual platforms, MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.

    Desired Qualifications

    1. Advanced degree (Masters, PhD) in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or other relevant area.

    2. Preferred certifications: DiSC, BlueEQ, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect and/or similar assessment products.

    3. Global experience.

    4. Workday Learning (LMS) administration experience.

    5. Demonstrated experience working with international and/or multi-national organizations.

    6. Fluent in Spanish.
