    Job description:

    ** **Long term*** Onsite 4 days a week - *** Need copy of PMP certificate

    **mgr will interview via Teams and/or onsite. Candidate must be willing and able to attend an onsite interview, if requested

     

    Active PMP is required

    Key Responsibilities

    + Managing medium complexity cybersecurity projects throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring on time and on budget delivery

    + Manage day-to-day project activities, including task assignments, progress tracking, budget tracking and issue resolution

    + Monitor project progress, anticipate and identify potential risks or delays; assist in implementing mitigation strategies as needed

    + Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across state and local government and third-party suppliers to ensure project alignment and successful delivery

    + Developing, organizing and maintaining project documentation, including documentation required for federal grant compliance

    + Other SLCGP (State and Locality Cybersecurity Grant Program) related tasks as assigned

     

    Skills

     

    + 10 years Strong organization skills including attention to detail, multitasking

    + Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

    + Active PMP certification required from PMI

    + Experience leading cybersecurity projects preferred

    + Experience with state and/or federal government IT procurement requirements and procurement laws and processes as it relates to managing projects preferrrred

    + Experience with managing grant funded projects (federal, state or not-for-profit) preferred

    + Proven working experience in project management

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Experience with utilizing PlanView AgilePlace preferrred
