Customer Service Representative – Call Center
Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for providing top-notch customer service? Join our dynamic call center team as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll handle inbound calls, assist with prior authorizations, and address general inquiries while maintaining confidentiality.
What You'll Do:
+ Manage high-volume inbound calls and occasional follow-ups (50-100 calls/day).
+ Provide accurate information with professionalism and attention to detail.
+ Utilize multiple systems to track and update customer interactions.
+ Ensure quality and accuracy in data entry.
What You Need:
+ 1+ year of call center experience (within the last 2-3 years).
+ Strong customer service skills within the healthcare or PBM industry.
+ Ability to type 30+ WPM and navigate computer systems efficiently.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
