TEKsystems is seeking a Business Technology Service Analyst II to join our team supporting a major client in Little Chute, WI. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated IT professional who thrives in a hands-on, customer-facing environment and is eager to grow within a dynamic organization.

Top Skills & Requirements:

+ CCNA Certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate) required or willingness to obtain within 6 months (at candidate’s expense)

+ Strong onsite support skills – resolving end-user issues in person

+ Experience handling tier 2 escalations and resolving complex technical problems

Day to Day Skills:

+ Active Directory

+ Help Desk / Service Desk experience

+ Windows OS support

+ Networking & PC support

+ Office 365

+ Service Now

+ Strong customer service orientation

Job Responsibilities:

+ Provide technical support via phone, email, and in person

+ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

+ Handle password resets, permissions, printer/network device issues, and general IT support

+ Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate Business Technology resources

+ Maintain clear communication with internal customers and leadership

+ Participate in IT projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

+ Stay current with new technologies and internal procedures

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $32.00/hr.
