DEFINITION OF THE TEAM
The Product Data team team ensures the consistent creation, storage, and publication of relevant product information across the globe on the company website. Operating in an agile environment, the team is guided by a Product Owner for business needs and overall efforts, while the Technology Lead focuses on technical requirements and execution. Each team, supported by Frontend and Backend Data roles under the tech lead’s guidance, has specific responsibilities. However, all team members share the common goal of delivering industry-leading digital solutions to our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing software features.
• Perform automated and manual testing to identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Cypress or Playwright
• Monitor and analyze test results, and provide detailed reports on testing progress, coverage, and quality metrics.
• Analyze, review, and modify test cases/plans to ensure quality control guidelines are met
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing efforts.
• Collaborate with product team and development team to understand requirements, clarify ambiguities, and ensure test coverage
• Lead all aspects of testing from beginning to end, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the adoption of best practices in software testing.

Required Skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and environments
• Experience with manual and automated testing to review test plan and write test cases and execute test scripts
• Proficiency in test automation design, development and implementation using Cypress or Playwright
• Skilled in responsive website design testing
• Experience using Typescript and/or Javascript
• Experience working in customer experience application landscape
Preferred Skills
• Understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS), Product Information Management (PIM) systems & Search engines
• Experience in website performance testing
• Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Knowledge in the MACH architecture ( Microservices-based, API-first, Cloud-native, and Headless)
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as QA Engineer or similar role in software testing

The pay range for this position is $98000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
