    Position Summary** **:

    The Business Support Specialist - IT and Business Teams will serve as a vital link between the IT department and various business units within the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring that business operations are fully supported by IT services, addressing technical issues, and optimizing IT solutions to meet business needs. The individual is responsible for Level 2 problem analysis, documentation, resolution and escalation of issues and working closely with the Tech team.

    Essential Functions:

    + Provides tier II technical support to business teams, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.

    + Provides advanced technical and functional support for business based applications involving Commercial Operations, Make to Deploy, Finance, & Order to Cash

    + Resolves complex user issues and system-related problems

    + Troubleshoots incidents, analyzes root causes, and implements solutions to ensure system stability

    + Act as the primary point of contact between IT and business units and super users, understanding their needs and ensuring IT solutions align with business objectives.

    + Help business leaders and super users develop and deliver training programs to business teams to enhance their use of IT resources and applications.

    + Work closely with IT and business teams to support and implement projects, ensuring that IT solutions are effectively integrated into business processes.

    + Work closely with the application development team to understand new enhancements and fixes before they are introduced to end users

    + Identify and recommend improvements to business processes through the effective use of IT systems and tools.

    + Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.

    + Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role

    + Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

    Qualifications** **:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

    + Proficiency in IT Service Management especially Continuous Process Improvements , Microsoft Office Suite and business applications such as ERP and CRM systems.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced business environment.

    + Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with IT and business teams.

    + Customer-Focused: Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to supporting business needs.

    + Required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl

    + Required to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

    + Required to possess specific visons abilities, including: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and capacity to adjust focus
