    Position Overview

    We are proud to be a leader in the healthcare industry, selling innovative solutions and services to our clients. The Provider Enrollment Advisor role combines high-velocity sales cycles with a mix of inbound and outbound phone responsibilities to our small, medium, and large customers. We promote a strong work/life balance with a collaborative ramping period to ensure success in hitting revenue goals.

    What You’ll Do

    + Manage inbound sales inquiries as well as outbound leads, offering information about our solutions and services to our prospective customers, guiding them through the sales process.

    + Meet/Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

    + Build and maintain relationships with prospects and partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and results.

    + Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to track activities, updates customer information and report back on sales metrics.

    + Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the sales process and achieve collective goals.

    + Maintain awareness of and ensure adherence to Zelis Company Policies and Procedures.

    + Uphold the Zelis IMPACT Values.

    What You’ll Bring

    + Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field).

    + A strong interest in sales, customer service, or healthcare.

    + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    + A willingness to learn and take feedback.

    + Motivation to grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    + Basic computer skills to include, operating in multiple tabs and systems, teams, outlook, basic Windows operating systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).

    + Bonus: Any internship, volunteer, or part-time experience in sales, customer service, or healthcare.

     

    Location and Workplace Flexibility

     

    We have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India. We foster a hybrid and remote friendly culture, and all our employee's work locations are based on the needs of the position and determined by the Leadership team. In-office work and activities, if applicable, vary based on the work and team objectives in accordance with Company policies.
