We are looking for:

The Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for monitoring the operation of the equipment and systems through preventive and predictive activities to provide reliable equipment and facilities for the manufacture of product.

We count on you for:

+ Perform maintenance functions on plant facilities and equipment such as condition monitoring, repairing, modifying, fabricating, installing, dismantling, calibrating and anything else associated with the manufacture of product. This includes daily and weekly housekeeping chores such as picking up, washing, wiping, sweeping and shoveling.Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: pump lubrication, routine fluid checks, heat transfer equipment descaling, lift and rig equipment and piping.

+ Perform basic mechanical work, including but not limited to: strainer / filter cleaning, repair and replacement of valves / piping “in kind”, hose and hose reel repairs, resetting circuit breakers, pipeline and vessel gasket replacement following applicable specifications, and replacing rupture disks.

+ Perform threaded piping system installation and repairs following applicable specifications.

+ Operate company vehicles while picking up supplies off site.

+ Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, manlifts, and company truck in a safe manner.

+ Must be physically able to perform maintenance work (being capable of lifting and moving 55 pounds)

You will bring:

+ High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

+ Valid driver's license

+ 3-4 years of industrial maintenance experience

+ Requires passing the performance demonstrations for Maintenance Technician II and Senior Maintenance Technician within the last four years or is qualified based on having passed the re-certification test within the last three calendar years.

You will get:

+ Competitive salary and benefits packageThe U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $28.84 per hour; After 90-180 days, the hourly rate will be increased to $29.33 per hour. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
