This role can be based in our San Francisco, New York City or Chicago offices.
We are seeking a Senior Manager to join the Enablement Analytics and Insights team. This leader will be a critical business partner and oversee a team that drives data-driven enablement strategies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, business intelligence, and sales enablement.
Responsibilities:
+ Hire, lead, and coach a dynamic, diverse, world-class team of analytics and insights professionals.
+ Use problem-solving skills to logically structure ambiguous problems, conduct data-driven analysis, extrapolate key insights, and deliver executive-ready recommendations.
+ Create a vision for how the team can bring data-driven enablement programs to life to achieve business goals.
+ Identify gaps that centralized programs are not solving for and lead the team in building programs to close these gaps.
+ Act as the voice of Enablement Analytics and Insights on the leadership team.
+ Work closely with senior stakeholders, building a deep understanding of the business needs to inform data driven enablement recommendations.
+ Ensure effective change management and communication strategies are established across programs to ensure buy-in and clearly define how we'll drive accountability.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional partners, such as Central Operations and Sales Operations, to develop and deliver high-impact and best-in-class insights products.
+ Effectively communicate the Enablement Analytics and Insights priorities and be an influential change champion.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Math, Computer Science, Economics, Analytics, Business, Engineering, or another quantitative field or equivalent experience
+ 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, insights, or a related field.
+ 3+ years of leadership experience (leading and managing others).
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Proven experience leading data & BI initiatives, including data infrastructure, end-to-end solution design, deployment, process transformation, troubleshooting, and data-driven insights.
+ Experience with major data analytics tools – e.g., Python, Tableau, PowerBI, SQL.
+ Analytical and data-driven, with an ability to see the big picture and simplify complex problems.
+ Competence in go to market enablement and trends, especially regarding behavior change.
+ Experience managing relationships with Executives and partnering with cross-functional leaders to roll out complex programs.
+ A growth mindset and comfort managing through change and ambiguity.
+ Outstanding executive verbal and written communication skills.
+ Experience deploying change at large organizations and a deep understanding of change management methodologies.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with all levels.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $148,000 to $230,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
