The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader to join our global LinkedIn Marketing Solutions team as a Senior Manager within the Online Sales Organization (OSO). OSO is a fast-paced, innovative team that is transforming how advertisers connect and build relationships with their customers.
The individual in this role will lead a team of three managers. These managers are front-line managers who help their teams consult with SMB, mid-market and Fortune 1000 advertisers across a variety of industries. You will focus on hiring, training and developing these managers to be operationally sound leaders and skilled sales coaches.
You will also work closely with AEs and managers on high-priority and high-potential clients, ensuring that our teams have support as they work to capture opportunity.
In addition to overseeing your four teams, you will also be a critical input and leader of longer-term initiatives, including sales strategy, cross-functional and go-to-market initiatives, enabling your teams and other Portfolio teams to drive maximum customer value in both the short and long term. You will work closely with the OS1 North America team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for your teams.
In this role, you will be the primary partner with Member and Customer Support.
Responsibilities
+ Lead, develop and inspire three front-line managers and teams of Account Executives to achieve sales excellence and to overachieve on business goals through delivery of customer value
+ Coach and manage the front-line managers reporting into you, driving both business results and team/employee growth
+ Engage closely with high-potential and high-spending clients; serve as a point of escalation for front-line managers, and identify key themes among your business
+ Partner closely with Customer Support on customer-facing and rep-facing support matters
+ Partner closely with the senior director and other portfolio managers on sales strategy, cross-functional initiatives and Go to Market opportunities
Basic qualifications:
+ BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10+ years of work experience in sales or account management
+ 5+ years sales management experience
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience leading a single-point-of-contact team, or experience as a single-point-of-contact rep
+ Strong Excel skills
+ Demonstrated executive presence and communication skills
+ Track record of influencing cross-functional partners
+ Track record of leveraging data and coaching to drive success
+ Second-line management experience
+ Experience overseeing a metrics-oriented B2B advertising sales team

The pay range for this role is $280,000 to $428,000 OTE. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
