Job Description
What You'll Do:
+ Develop trusting relationships with People leaders to enable effective coaching and influence business decisions, especially those impacting people and culture.
+ Partner with People Leaders and Colleagues to support and execute both long-term and short-term HR strategies that directly enable the MIM business and the broader Imaging Segment objectives.
+ Provide timely, effective, and direct coaching to People Leaders, assisting in the development of strong, contemporary leadership skills.
+ Provide strategic coaching to key talent in MIM as it pertains to succession planning, career path development, and performance management.
+ Embrace and actively engage the lean operating model, looking for more efficient ways to operate.
+ Drive efficiency and consistency across all functions within the site to improve the culture and employee engagement.
+ Lead and coach People Leaders on HR processes including Colleague advocacy & engagement, employee relations management, performance management, career development, talent assessment, retention, and workplace investigations as appropriate.
+ Partner with HR Centers of Excellence teams (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Operations, etc.) to execute business and site-specific HR strategies.
+ Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated, and resolved in a timely manner including making recommendations to the business on disciplinary action, if necessary.
+ Provide advice and counsel to People Leaders and Colleagues to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures, and practices at 100% compliance, promoting an ethical and compliant work environment.
+ Lead key HR processes including compensation planning and yearly performance management cycle.
+ Act as a passionate colleague advocate who wants to make a difference in the organization by helping colleagues succeed.
+ Conduct HR training and support for functional processes like Performance Development, People Reviews, Salary Planning, New Employee Orientation
+ Drive People Leader excellence through training, intentional development planning, seeking, and providing feedback and coaching to site leaders, roundtables, and team/leader assimilations, as needed.
+ Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care.
+ Lead and participate other site-wide and business-wide HR projects as necessary, working across multiple client groups
What You'll Need:
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
+ Minimum of 5 years professional work in Human Resources function with client-facing responsibilities including employee/people leader development and performance management
Desired Characteristics:
+ HR generalist experience in a global mid-large sized, matrixed organization
+ Thrives in a fast-paced, metrics driven culture.
+ Finds comfort in discomfort and continuously improves to discover creative solutions
+ Confidence to voice opinions & ideas and ability to deliver tough feedback/coach to People Leaders and colleagues.
+ Capable of independently managing multiple issues and/or projects simultaneously and executing to completion
+ Sound working knowledge of local labor laws and government requirements.
+ Must be willing to work out of Beachwood, Ohio facility
