Director Client Solutions Consulting

About your role:

As a Director of Client Solution Consulting for Fiserv’s Digital Solutions products, you will be part of the next generation in fintech solutions. You will work with multiple proven, state-of-the-art digital solutions, using your creative, technical, and problem-solving skills to help financial institutions bring their unique commercial and treasury strategic vision to life. You will work independently and collaboratively with associates across all facets of Fiserv, sharing industry knowledge and bridging complex technology solutions.

What you'll do:

+ Work directly with financial institution clients and prospects to understand objectives and to present Fiserv solutions to meet those objectives.

+ Lead and develop a team of Client Solution Consultants.

+ Be part of a team that delivers innovative treasury solutions to the marketplace.

+ Build strong relationships with financial institutions, becoming their trusted advisor.

Experience you'll need to have:

+ 8+ years of experience in commercial and treasury financial services business.

+ 8+ years of experience in banking practices and understanding of the regulatory environment.

+ 8+ years of transitioning between sales/client-facing roles and internal/technical roles.

+ 8+ years of experience in assessing, documenting, and communicating client solutions.

+ 8+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

+ A master's degree.

Travel:

+ Approximately 30% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.

Salary Range

$155,300.00 - $261,500.00
