_Shop Lead - Material Handler - 2nd Shift_

_2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m._

Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring a Material Handler for industrial work in the Topeka, KS area. The pay range is $20-24 per hour based on experience. All Material Handlers are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled individuals to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven professionals. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

Ultimate Job Duties

+ Operate a sit-down style forklift to move and manage materials efficiently

+ Select, measure, and handle steel or similar materials using a tape measure with accuracy

+ Inspect materials for quality and ensure proper handling to meet specifications

+ Maintain and organize inventory, ensuring a clean and safe work environment

+ Follow and enforce OSHA regulations

+ Work with intricate parts and pieces, requiring attention to detail and tight tolerances

+ Read and interpret material handling instructions or blueprints as needed

Ultimate Material Handler Requirements

+ 4+ years of material handling or related experience, preferably with steel (experience with wood may be considered)

+ Proficient and comfortable using a tape measure for precise measurements

+ Ability to operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently

+ Appropriate PPE (hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)

+ Ability to perform regular standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance
