Description
+ This individual will be a relationship builder, who will bond with new and existing customers.
+ Successful candidate will follow their sales order from initiation to shipment, resolving any issues that may develop.
+ At least two years of experience in sales within the aerospace, metals, or related industry.
+ Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
+ Understanding basic manufacturing processes and customer requirements.
+ Experience with ERP and CRM systems for managing sales and customer data. (having good computer skills)
+ Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
+ Experience handling customer inquiries, concerns, and negotiations professionally.
+ Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
+ Quick learner who can adapt to new products, processes, and market trends.
+ Willingness to participate in training, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance industry knowledge and skills.
+ A team player who brings a positive vibe and is able to efficiently organize and manage daily tasks during busy days
+ This is a hybrid work arrangement where team members have the option of working from home on Mondays and Fridays
