• Deployment Project Manager

    ManTech (Chantilly, VA)


    ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Deployment Project Manager** to join our team in **Chantilly, VA.**

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    + Coordinate with and assist Deployment Lead and Deployment Engineers daily

    + Develops and manages project plans, schedules, and timelines

    + Communicates project progress, manages expectations, and collaborates with stakeholders to define requirements and address changes.

    + Works closely with deployment site stakeholders to ensure alignment.

    + Address administrative deployment tickets in line with, and in lieu of, the Deployment Engineers

    + Works independently, receives minimal guidance

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of deployment project management experience; an additional 4 years of experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree.

    + Strong understanding of PMI-based project management

    + Experience in writing documentation and reports for various audiences

    + Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Active Project Management certification

    + Experience in working with engineers and can relay technical information to stakeholders

    + Experience with ServiceNow

    + Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

    + Experience with ITIL, preferably with certification

    Clearance Requirements:

    + US Citizenship required and active TS clearance adjudicated within the last 6 years.

    + Candidate must be open to Poly if selected by the customer

    Physical Requirements:

    + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

    + Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations; must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
