• Full Stack Developer

    CTG (Armonk, NY)


    CTG is seeking to fill a Full Stack Developer opening for our client in Armonk, NY.

     

    **Location:** Armonk, NY

    **Duration:** 18 months

    Duties:

    + Design, develop, and maintain frontend UI and backend services for agents/bots and web applications.

    + Collaborate with legal professionals and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

    + Integrate and interact with large language models via inferencing runtimes such as watsonx.ai, vertex.ai, and AWS Bedrock.

    + Work with data platforms including tools like watsonx.data (Spark, Presto) for data access and manipulation.

    + Implement and manage APIs for both internal and external use.

    + Participate in agile development activities including daily code commits, weekly production releases, and bi-weekly stakeholder presentations.

    + Conduct code reviews, testing, deployment, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.

    Skills:

    + **JavaScript/TypeScript:**

    + Strong proficiency with modern JS/TS frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

    + Ability to build responsive, user-centric UIs.

    + Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and cloud services.

    + **Python:**

    + Solid experience in Python for backend development.

    + Familiarity with frameworks like FastAPI.

    + Understanding of Python’s role in AI/ML and data handling.

    + **Additional Preferred Skills:**

    + Exposure to Java for data processing and service integration.

    + Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

    + Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

    + Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.

    Experience:

    + Demonstrated experience as a Full Stack Developer with a relevant portfolio.

    + Agile software development experience.

    + Background working in legal tech, corporate legal, or law firm environments is a plus.

    + Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

     

    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
