    Key Responsibilities

    As a Trial Activation Contract Specialist I, you will:

    + Coordinate and manage trial activation activities, ensuring all tasks are completed flawlessly.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strictly adhere to timelines and protocols.

    + Determine and manage the requirements for trial activation.

    + Successfully implement contract terms and monitor compliance.

    + Provide outstanding administrative support to the activation team.

    + Monitor and report on the progress of trial activation projects.

    Required Qualifications

    To compete for this role, you must have:

    + Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a clinical trial or scientific setting.

    + Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.

    + Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience working in a clinical trial activation role.

    + Familiarity with contract management software.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
