About:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Technical Engagement Manager to manage projects and large-scale engagements involving DevSecOps, Dynatrace, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). This role combines project management with engagement management responsibilities, ensuring successful delivery of services and projects across multiple countries.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
+ Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with client stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, providing solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness for delivery growth.
+ Project Management: Lead and manage Platform Engineering projects involving DevSecOps (CI/CD), Dynatrace, and IaC. Drive the execution of user stories and ensure alignment with project goals.
+ Delivery Management: Oversee and ensure successful delivery of services across operations and transformation teams in multiple countries to meet SLA and KPI requirements.
+ Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and foster a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.
+ Azure DevOps: Utilize Azure DevOps for managing user stories, RAID logs, and other project management tools. Update Azure DevOps dashboards for reporting.
+ Reporting: Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Oversee delivery progress reporting and updates as defined and with sponsorship from key stakeholders.
+ Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
+ Financial Management: Manage project financial health and reporting, including monthly invoicing reporting and resource/headcount tracking processes.
Requirements:
+ Ability to work with senior client stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering effective solutions.
+ Proven experience as a Project Manager for projects in cloud environments, specifically with Azure and AWS.
+ Proficiency in Azure DevOps for managing user stories, RAID logs, and other project management tools.
+ Baseline knowledge of DevSecOps, Dynatrace, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) a plus.
+ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
+ Ability to drive project movement and ensure timely delivery.
+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
+ Certification in Project Management (PMP), SAFe a plus.
+ Bachelor-s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
+ Proven experience in engagement management, preferably within a high-tech sector.
+ Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and delivery management across multiple countries.
+ Proficiency in financial management and reporting.
+ Exceptional people management skills, with a focus on team development and morale.
+ Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
