Travel Coordinator – Driving School

Why You’ll Love This Role:
As a **Travel Coordinator** for our driving school, you will manage and coordinate high-volume travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless experience for trainees, instructors, and visiting team members. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the flexibility to assist with last-minute changes or travel questions.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel Management:
+ Book and manage 40-60 travel arrangements weekly, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and other transportation.
+ Ensure all travel aligns with company policies and budget guidelines.
+ Monitor and adjust itineraries in response to changes, cancellations, or delays.
Communication & Coordination:
+ Provide detailed itineraries and travel confirmations to attendees.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for travelers, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues in real time.
+ Collaborate with driving school staff to coordinate arrival times and logistics.
Schedule Flexibility:
+ Be available as needed, including occasional Sundays, to assist travelers arriving for Monday classes.
+ Proactively address last-minute adjustments and ensure a smooth travel experience.
Vendor Relations & Expense Management:
+ Establish relationships with preferred vendors and negotiate competitive rates.
+ Track travel expenses and reconcile invoices in compliance with company policies.
Experience & Skills:
+ 3+ years of experience in travel coordination, administrative support, or a related field.
+ Proficiency in travel management platforms and tools.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility & Availability:
+ Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional Sundays.
+ Ability to adapt quickly to last-minute changes and ensure traveler satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience managing high-volume travel, ideally in a corporate or training environment.
+ Knowledge of waste management, transportation, or logistics industries is a plus.
