About the Job You’re Considering
10 years of techno-functional experience in applications such as SAP Data Management, SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP Data Services (BODS), and SAP Information Steward. At least 7 years of experience in a client-facing consulting delivery role managing an onsite/offshore delivery model. Experience in MDG configuration of Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Financial Objects, and Material, with the ability to advise on best practices in the SAP EIM/MDG solution stack.
Strong grasp of data/process modeling, UI design, derivations, duplicate data checks, and rule-based workflow (BRF ). Understanding of replication frameworks including data transfer, ALE/IDOC, key & value mapping, and MDG export/import/conversion of master data.
Your Role
+ Manage project delivery in a consulting environment, coordinating between onsite and offshore teams.
+ Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP MDG solutions across multiple master data domains.
+ Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable data governance solutions.
+ Oversee the implementation of replication frameworks and ensure data quality through validation and transformation.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to align data governance initiatives with business objectives.
+ Provide technical leadership and perform QA on deliverables from development teams.
+ Support integration with platforms like SAP Data Services and Information Steward for enhanced data quality.
Your Skills and Experience
+ Strong experience with ALE/IDOC replication frameworks and master data integration.
+ Deep expertise in SAP MDG configuration, BRF workflows, and data modeling.
+ Proven ability to manage client-facing delivery roles with offshore coordination.
+ Broad technical knowledge of SAP data platforms and integration tools.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with senior leadership.
