The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Retail Supervisor to join our team at Trendz in Estes Park, Colorado. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members and working to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures. What will you do?
+ Open and close retail locations as directed by management
+ Assist retail management with the daily cash procedures and operations
+ Monitor store floor, assist with guest needs, and ensure integrity of physical inventory and par levels
+ Regularly evaluate, create, and maintain professional visual displays
+ Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the retail shops
More about you
+ Previous cash handling experience required
+ Previous experience working with point-of-sale system required
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred
Physical requirements
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
+ Constant standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive motions
+ Bending, reaching, and climbing on ladders
