    We are looking for an **Environmental Services Supervisor** to join our Senior living team in Roseville, MN! This role supervises preventative maintenance programs and repairs building systems and equipment. Supervises and trains housekeeping staff. This environmental services/housekeeping leader schedule includes;

     

    + 80 hours every two weeks

    + Full time day shifts

    + Weekends as needed for on call

    Responsibilities:

    + Repairs items found deficient by maintenance or requested by work orders

    + Establishes and follows Preventative Maintenance Program using an electronic work management platform or CMMS

    + Removes snow from sidewalks and walkways and uses ice melt on sidewalks as needed

    + Keeps grounds safe and looking neat and attractive

    + Trains and provides ongoing support to staff

    + Completes cleaning duties on the daily assignment sheet including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning toilets, sinks, etc

    + Provides 24/7 emergency On-Call response for the entire campus per rotating schedule

    Required Qualification:

    + Current Driver's License (in good standing)

    + Comfortable with using Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Word, Excel)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + 3-5 year previous experience

    + Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree – Industrial energy or related field

    + Special Boilers License
