Position Specific Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Labor Relations team. In this role, you will support both internal and external stakeholders by preparing weekly reports, analyzing labor-related data, and maintaining accurate documentation using our internal systems and platforms. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is highly preferred, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a demonstrated ability to work independently while supporting team objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong bias for action and a deep commitment to compliance. You must be comfortable navigating complex information, exercising discretion, and ensuring that all tasks are completed in alignment with company policies and labor regulations. Prior experience in labor relations, human resources, or a compliance-driven environment is a plus.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
+ Serves as a partner to HR and business unit(s) in managing the needs assessment, design, and implementation of customer solutions related to HR analytics
+ Performs moderate-level analysis, develops alternative recommendations, and formulates implementation strategies to meet customer needs
+ Develops dashboards and presentations
+ Participates in market surveys and benchmarking of HR programs
+ Participates in validation and testing of reporting tools
+ Participates in one-or-more special projects
+ Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
+ High School Grad / GED
+ Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
