    Job Overview

     

    Responsible for overseeing daily DC department operations, ensuring efficient and accurate processing and leading a team of distribution center associates in conjunction with the departmental supervisor.

    Responsibilities:

    + Will work directly with departmental supervisor

    + Will provide work assignments and instructions to members of team

    + Must be able to lead team members to complete assigned tasks

    + Must be able to delegate work to team members

    + Must be able to perform forklift operator's job as needed

    + Must be able to perform material handler's job as needed

    + Need intermediate knowledge of Catalyst WMS and RF unit

    + Required to perform all phases of job duties as established by management

    + May perform other duties as directed by supervision

    + Required to follow and uphold all safety and housekeeping rules and procedures

    + Required to work regularly scheduled hours plus overtime as needed

    Qualifications:

    + High school education or equivalent required

    + Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions

    + Good communication skills (written and verbal)

    + Willingness and ability to learn and accept new responsibilities

    + Willingness to work all scheduled workdays

    + Must be able to work in a hot or cold environment

    + Must be able to pass a forklift operator's test

    + Ability to analyze and solve problems

    + Need basic knowledge of PKMS and LM
