    Job Overview

     

    Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on a variety of material handling systems, conveyor equipment, powered industrial equipment, building infrastructure, and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. This position plays a key role in minimizing downtime and supporting high-performance operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on forklifts and yard trucks

    • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on company vehicles, pallet jacks, and maintenance operating equipment

    • Maintain service records on all work performed

    • Assist with basic facilities maintenance such as lighting, plumbing, and carpentry tasks

    • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend improvements or upgrades

    • Comply with OSHA, EPA, and SDS Standards

    • Required to handle all equipment in a safe manner

    • Required to follow all safety and housekeeping rules

    • Required to work regularly scheduled hours plus overtime as required

    • Required to perform other duties as directed by supervision

    Qualifications:

    • High school education or Equivalent (Technical Training/Certification a plus)

    • 3-5+ years’ experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environment

    • Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions

    • Good communication skills (written and verbal)

    • Microsoft office experience a plus

    • Willingness and ability to learn and accept new responsibilities
