    Drive projects of all sizes to successful completion, delivering innovative and high-quality solutions to meet customer needs.

     

    Cultivate a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the E-Series Engineering team and with internal and external stakeholders to enhance productivity and communication.

     

    Implement Agile Methodologies to streamline project workflows, promote adaptability, and ensure efficient development processes.

     

    Oversee the timely delivery of projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, budget constraints, and customer expectations.

     

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key decisions, provide status updates, and ensure successful project outcomes.

     

    Champion NetApp's culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer focus within the E-Series Engineering team, contributing to the team's overall performance and achievements

     

    BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field.

     

    Minimum of 8-10 years of work experience.

     

    Experience with storage systems and cloud technologies, as well as modern human-computer interfaces.

     

    Hands-on experience in software and hardware development and lifecycle management.

     

    Strong understanding of agile methodologies.

     

    Leadership abilities with a strategic mind.

     

    Project management skills.

     

    Strong communication skills

    Compensation:

    The target salary range for this position is 174,250 - 258,500 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
