Job Summary
A successful NetApp Global Technology Strategist (GTS) works collaboratively as part of a virtual sales team to design solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements. As a GTS you will own and develop the strategic and technical sales relationship with NeoCloud Providers (NCP) in order to deliver world-class, customer centric solutions and services. This role has a broad scope of responsibility and requires a solid understanding of both business and technology strategy. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing technical account strategies, securing design wins, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Job Requirements
+ Minimum 8-12 years of experience in a related technical selling or systems design or engineering role
+ Experience in data storage and infrastructure, specifically in creating design win opportunities for customers
+ In-depth knowledge of AI technologies and their applications
+ Proven track record of driving business growth through technical solutions
+ Strong understanding of public/hybrid cloud infrastructure and service providers.
Education
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional experience.
The OTE (On Target Earnings) Range for this position is $229,500 - 297,000 USD and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
