Warfighter Experience Strategist and Designer

The Opportunity:

As a Warfighter Experience Strategist and Designer, you'll put yourself in the user's place and design the best way for them to e nga ge with the application. We're looking for someone creative like you to craft the ultimate user experience . You'll work closely with the product manager on your team to understand your clients' vision and their users' needs. Working on an agile team, you'll build skills in designing large-scale digital experiences that are as intuitive as they are aesthetically pleasing. Your experience with interface design will help you advocate for the prioritizations of design- center ed changes, refinements, and improvements with the user at the center of your work.

You Have:

+ 10+ years of experience designing intuitive user interfaces, workflows, or data visualizations to support mission operations or decision-making

+ 10+ years of experience translating complex data into clear, action able insights

+ 8+ years of experience developing user interfaces or dashboards in ESRI tools such as Survey123 or Experience Builder

+ 8+ years of experience with UI / UX development

+ Experience creating wireframes or prototypes to communicate design concepts to users, stakeholders, or development teams

+ Experience with dashboarding or visualization tools

+ Experience supporting user acceptance testing or user validation during product development

+ Secret clearance

+ Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

+ Experience with basic graphic design principles for digital products

+ Experience with SharePoint development or customization

+ Experience applying CSS for styling web interfaces

+ Experience building dashboards or user interfaces in intelligence or mission-driven environments

+ Experience with enterprise intelligence platforms such as FADE or Bodhi

+ TS / SCI clearance

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
