Our firms are seeking an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our team! If you have a passion for HR, join us in a position where you are central in supporting our employees while embracing our company culture. We support four affiliate companies and are seeking positive self-starters who can adapt in a dynamic environment. Our companies include Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA), Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA), Decisive Data Systems LLC (DDS), and Professional Services Management Corp (PSMC). As our companies grow, so does the HR team – we are looking to add 2 new members to support that growth!
Responsibilities:
You will support the Director of Human Resources, Compliance, and Benefits by participating in various HR functions. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
+ Assist the HR Director in various areas; specific responsibilities will depend on your experience.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
+ Facilitate promotions, transfers, and terminations while keeping relevant records.
+ Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, which includes:
+ Setting up employees in payroll, accounting software, and other systems.
+ Collaborating with the Recruiting Department.
+ Conducting regular orientation meetings.
+ Engage continuously with all levels of management and employees to ensure a clear understanding of processes and benefits.
+ Occasional overtime may be required.
+ Support the Recruiting Department with career fair registration and preparation.

Requirements:
+ Entry Level: 1-2 years of experience in various HR functions; a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is preferred but not required.
+ Mid-Level: 3-5 years of experience in diverse HR areas; a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is required.
+ A motivated and collaborative personality with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
+ Strong time management skills and experience meeting tight deadlines.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to quickly learn new computer applications.
+ A solid understanding of confidentiality principles in Human Resources.
