    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Journeyman Millwrights** for projects located in and around **Boulder, CO.** This is a first shift opportunity with a **pay rate based on experience and skill level.** If you are a Millwright eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career!

    Job Scope:

    + Maintain and Upgrade a Variety of Older, Retrofitted Industrial Equipment including Conveyors, Pneumatics, Electrical and Mechanical Systems, Welding and Hydraulics, Robotic Systems, Filling and Packaging Equipment

    + Troubleshooting

    + Conduct Root Cause Analysis and Implement Elimination & Correction Strategies

    + Fabricate Pars

    + Modify and Improve Components

    + Machine Overhauls and Retrofitting

    + Preventative Maintenance and Emergency Repairs

    + Retrofitting, Upgrades, and Full Machine Overhauls

    Requirements:

    + Strong Mechanical Aptitude and Technical Experience

    + Proven Experience with PLC and Elimination Methods

    + Critical Thinking

    + Able to Interpret Manuals, Schematics, Blueprints

    + Proven Experience using Shop Tools, Mills, Lathes, Drill Presses, Power Tools

    + Ability to Work Under Pressure and Juggle Breakdowns

    + Able to Lift up to 50 Pounds
