As a **Solder - Quartz (2nd Shift)** , you will be an essential part of a team that designs, manufactures, and tests **cutting-edge electronic systems** used in **commercial aviation, general aviation, and military applications** . Your expertise in **wire bonding and precision soldering** will help power aircraft, control engines, and regulate cabin environments— **making flight safer and more efficient worldwide** .

What You’ll Do

+ **Masterfully perform wire bonding and hand soldering** with precision and efficiency.

+ Operate **automated assembly equipment** and execute **manual assembly tasks** with a high level of accuracy.

+ Conduct **quality inspections** to ensure all components meet strict aerospace and defense standards.

+ Perform **machine setups, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs** to keep production running smoothly.

+ Collaborate with a team of **skilled engineers and technicians** to meet production goals on time.

What You Bring to the Team:

Required Qualifications:

+ **Wire bonding and soldering experience** – a steady, deft hand is key!

+ Ability to **read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and work instructions** .

+ Experience in **micro-assembly** (a strong indicator of wire bonding capability).

+ Must be able to train on **1st shift for 30-60 days** before transitioning to **2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday – Friday).**

Preferred Qualifications:

+ **Industry certifications** (bring them to the interview if you have them!).

+ Experience in **electronic manufacturing, aerospace, or defense** industries.

+ Familiarity with **SMT processing systems and automated test equipment** .

**Pay Details:** $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
