    Job Summary:

    Our Night Auditor will be responsible for total guest satisfaction from pre-arrival contact, logistics in the bookings and reconfirmation of guests' reservations, and become fully acquainted with local points of interest. If you have a passion working with guests and providing them an Experience of a Lifetime, this is the perfect position for you!

    Job Specifications:

    + Housing: May Be Available

    + Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 / hour

    + Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time Hours Available

    + Other Specifics: Overnight, 10pm-8am, Graves Shift

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Position is overnight and applicant must be willing and able to work alone.

    + Ability to self-manage assigned tasks.

    + Ability to handle all guest issues quickly and accurately.

    + Be the expert on guest billing issues and able to resolve any non zero balances quickly.

    + Applicant must have a clean driving record and be comfortable driving overnight in a snowy, high alpine environment.

    + Ability to problem solve complex problems and emergencies that arrive in properties overnight.

    + Facilitate guest check-in and check-out, and provide general information.

    + Professional appearance, excellent guest service skills, ability to multitask and strong verbal communication skills are required.

    + Candidates with prior guest service experience in a fast paced environment preferred.

    + Potential for long term professional development.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements:

    + High school diploma or equivalent - College Degree - preferred

    + Valid driver's license - required

    + MS Office proficiency - required

    + Prior front desk experience is a plus.

    + Able to communicate with guest, homeowners, and colleagues with diplomacy and tact

    + Previous knowledge of the Resort is strongly preferred

    + Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal

    + Proficient on property management systems (IQware) - preferred

    + Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required

     

    The expected pay range is $20.00 - $22.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
