Hunt Forest Products, LLC, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Human Resources Manager with extensive experience leading complex manufacturing and industrial operations.

This role is ideal for an experienced leader focused on building high-performing teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

+ Advise plant leadership on all HR-related matters, with a focus on manufacturing workforce dynamics.

+ Lead the development and execution of HR strategies that support production and operational objectives.

+ Skilled in stakeholder engagement, change management, and aligning organizational goals with evolving market demands.

+ Oversee core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning.

+ Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

+ Promote a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement across all manufacturing sites.

Qualifications & Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field is required. Master's degree preferred

+ Professional certifications, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or other relevant HR certifications preferred.

+ Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 7 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

+ Comprehensive understanding of labor relations, workforce planning, and compliance in a production environment.

+ Extensive expertise in compliance and risk management related to self-insured workers' compensation and employee benefit programs.

+ High level proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and data analytics.

+ Demonstrates strong business acuity with the ability to align HR strategies with manufacturing goals.

+ Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; high emotional intelligence and a people first mindset.

+ Demonstrated ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and maintain confidentiality.

+ Robust project management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.

+ Travel 40% plus additional as may be required by events, training, operations, etc.
