    We're looking for a 1st Shift Production Associate-Welder to join our growing team at our Amesbury, MA facility.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    + Daily MIG and TIG welding

    + Set up, load and operate equipment

    + Maintain and clean machines before and after shift

    + Ensure raw materials are ready and available

    + Perform preventative maintenance procedures

    + Troubleshoot equipment and make machine adjustments as required to maintain quality standards and process conditions.

    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Maintain ISO - 9001 Standards

    + Perform all duties in a safe manner; support all safety and environmental rules and environmental initiatives.

    + Participate in Lean initiatives to provide ongoing continuous improvement ideas for products, process, and procedures

    EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

    + 2 Years' Experience Operating Industrial Equipment

    + Experience with MIG and TIG Welding

    + Experience operating equipment

    + Experience with operating handheld tools

    + Self-starter, motivated, teamwork spirit, organized, pro-active, confident and persistent in meeting goals.

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

    + High School Diploma or Equivalent

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    + Heavy (Lifting 75 lbs. Frequently & Climbing).

    + Frequently sit, stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, climb, maneuver, stoop, squat, grasp, and reach.

    + Visual and aural acuity

    + Listening
