Bookkeeper / Executive Assistant
Acute Home Healthcare is looking for a passionate Bookkeeper /Executive Assistant who is looking to join the team of a growing 5 star rated agency and assist us in continuing to be the most trusted home healthcare agency in Central Florida.
Position Summary
Bookkeeper /Executive Assistant’s primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Managing and reviewing all accounts payable functions.
+ Enters all revenues and expenses in QuickBooks
+ Assists with research and development for new profit centers.
+ Perform internal analysis as requested by C Suite personnel.
+ Assists with catering and facilitating the setup for corporate events.
+ Facilitates meetings with hospitals and other agencies.
+ Maintaining and ordering marketing supplies
+ Oversees and manages agency Social Media presence and reviews
+ Assists with travel arrangements as needed
+ Assists the CEO with maintaining contracts.
+ Maintain a high level of confidentiality
+ Work on various projects set forth by the CEO
Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required
+ Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
+ Strong accounting comprehension
+ Knowledge of QuickBooks
+ Accounts payable
+ Marketing background (social media)
+ IT background (basic)
+ Healthcare Experience
