    As a Marketing Partner on the Consumer Lending Marketing team, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and management of customer lifecycle product engagement, with a focus on email strategy and execution. You will work closely with the Home Lending Growth Strategist and subject matter experts in Enterprise Customer Communications.

     

    Additionally, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of product marketing activities for our Home Equity Line of Credit business, working closely with the Home Lending Marketing Manager. Marketing channels include mass media (video, audio, social), direct marketing (direct mail, email), digital marketing (SEM, display, social, website), editorial articles, retail collateral.

     

    This is a high-impact role; helping to drive business growth. The ideal candidate has experience developing and executing personalized one-to-one email campaigns as well as experience with a variety of marketing tactics. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a test and learn mindset in the pursuit of marketing efficiency and creativity.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Support the development of email strategies and KPIs to drive customer engagement and deep customer relationships.

    + Lead lifecycle email campaigns from kick-off to completion. Specific responsibilities include creative brief development, partner with SMEs to ensure creative delivers on desired messages and business goals, monitor results and recommendations to improve future outcomes.

    + Support quarterly marketing campaigns with hands-on project management, lead creative kick-offs, oversee creative development and approval processes, ensuring timely delivery and regulatory compliance.

    + Communicate with internal/external partners and vendors to ensure everyone understands responsibilities and delivering on action items, and deadlines.

    + Partner with subject matter experts in web strategy, brand, content, and product.

    + Manage budget and expenses, providing timely and accurate estimates and ensuring all approved spend is accurately tracked and reported.

    Required Skills/Experience:

    + Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience.

    + Experience across marketing types; especially direct mail and email.

    + Self-starter with proven ability to work collaboratively and with a sense of urgency.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Strong project management, prioritization, and decision-making skills.

    + Financial services experience preferred, home lending experience a plus but not required.

    + Experience with Agile methodologies a plus but not required.

    + Computer proficiency, including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Adobe a plus.

    + Attention to detail

    Education

    Bachelor’s degree required

     

    MBA or equivalent experience a plus

    Hours & Work Schedule:

    + Hours per Week: 40

    + Work Schedule: M-F (in-office at least 3 days per week)
