    Maintenance Technician

    We've been in the industry for over 35 years and are growing daily. We have over 30 communities throughout Wisconsin, with many more in the works, which means the opportunities are endless and the fun has only just begun.

    Here's what you'll do:

    + Utilize your troubleshooting skills to respond to a wide variety of residential service requests in a timely and professional manner

    + Prepare apartment homes for rent by performing various repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry wall, building exteriors, and appliances

    + Ensure that any unresolved maintenance issues or concerns are reported to the Property Manager

    Schedule:

    Monday - Friday 8am-5pm; on call rotation
