    We are looking for a detail-driven and adaptable Scheduling Specialist to manage our medical provider schedules. In this critical role, you'll ensure schedules run smoothly, processes stay on track, and patients receive timely care.     Salary: $23.00- $25.50, depending on experience!

    Benefit Highlights:

    Job Duties:

    + Create, manage, and adjust daily provider schedules for Medical and Behavioral Health teams in scheduling system.

    + Monitor scheduling metrics and proactively communicate scheduling capacity, supply-demand variations, and coverage needs.

    + Coordinate coverage for provider leave (PTO/CME), including scheduling locum providers and managing real-time sick call adjustments.

    + Maintain scheduling protocols, templates, and dashboards while ensuring accuracy in group visits, meeting blocks, and provider availability.

    + Serve as the key liaison between scheduling and operations to ensure alignment with staffing resources, public health trends, and patient access goals.

    Required Experience:

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    + High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

    + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple schedules, while following guidelines, policies and procedures.

    + Experience with Microsoft Platform and ideally EMR.

    + Current and in good standing: CDL, vehicle insurance and DMV report.
