FocusKPI is looking for an HR Manager to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company.

Work Location:  Mountain View, CA

Duration: 12 month contract; hybrid role (on-site 3-4 days a week)

Pay Range: $30/hr to $38/hr

Responsibilities:

+ Operate the HR process for all dispatchers

+ Provide support for the new dispatcher’s settlements

+ Review and Maintenance of Guideline Documents

+ Compile periodic analysis reports related to HR data

+ Perform other tasks as assigned

+ Respond to miscellaneous requests from the teams

+ Manage office events and assist in event planning/organization, for example, all-hands meeting, happy hours, team building events

Qualifications:

+ U.S. College degree required (BA is preferred)

+ Fluency in English and Korean is required

+ HR Experiences in the tech companies, 3+ years preferred

+ Computer/IT/Microsoft Office fluency required, statistical skills in using Excel are preferred

+ Strong written/verbal communication skills

+ Integrity and sound judgment in handling confidential information

+ Solid time management skills when faced with competing priorities and tight deadlines
