Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a **Modification Project Technician Specialist – C-17** to join our team in **San Antonio, TX** .
This role will manage C17 Retrofit and Modification projects focusing on material improvement efforts (MIP).
Position Responsibilities:
+ Oversees multiple final scheduled maintenance visit plans and manages a major plan
+ Leads maintenance debrief and records review
+ Defines project schedule, approves definition, manages resource requirements and parts availability with supply-chain
+ Tracks quality metrics and initiates corrective action
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
+ 5+ years of experience working with retrofit project management
+ 5+ years’ experience working retrofit and/or sustainment programs, preferably with C-17
+ 5+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
+ Demonstrated critical-business and financial acumen in order to influence and shape strategy
+ 5+ years of experience working with multiple internal stakeholders
+ 5+ years working with or within one of the following maintenances, repair, and overhaul. (MRO) operations, industrial engineering, supply chain, and/or production control
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
+ Experience establishing and tracking key performance indicators
+ Understanding of Lean, continuous/process improvement methodology

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $107,950 - $146,050
