    Boeing Defense, Space & Security** (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a **Mid-Level Equipment & Tool Engineer** to support the **Aerospace Composite Center (ACC)** team in **Hazelwood, MO.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Evaluates program and project requirements, develops complex equipment and tooling concepts and designs solutions for the Production System

    + Compiles and analyzes technical data to determine the effects on product engineering design and rate estimates, identifies robotics, automation or technology recommendations and system integration for equipment and tooling

    + Ensures compliance with safety, producibility, maintainability, reliability, ergonomic factors and regulatory requirements

    + Validates contractual performance milestones, maintains configuration control, conducts reviews, prepares plans for productions readiness, preventative maintenance, and spares

    + Conducts training for Production and Maintenance personnel

    + Develops and implements work-arounds and maintains configuration of hardware, software and documentation

    + Performs studies and make recommendation for disposition of assets

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, or technical related field

    + 3+ years’ experience with equipment and tool engineering

    + Experience working in a cross functional environment and/or business unit teams

    + General Drawing Interpretation & GD&T knowledge

    + Experience using Microsoft Office products like Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, and Word

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + Experience in CAD/CAM software

    + Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment

    Work Location:

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

    Summary pay range: USD $90,100 – $121,900
