    Job Title: Lead Advisor

     

    Salary: $100-120k + Bonus

     

    We are a wealth management firm dedicated to helping high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses gain clarity on their financial future. Our approach goes beyond traditional financial advice, empowering clients to elevate their financial strategy and achieve meaningful growth. With a focus on personalized service and strategic planning, we guide our clients toward their long-term financial goals. Managing $600M in assets, we work with clients whose average portfolio size is $1.5M.

    Responsibilities:

    + Develop customized financial plans and investment strategies using company software.

    + Assist with onboarding new clients and foster relationships, particularly with CPA firms for investment management support.

    + Participate in client meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items.

    + Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication, providing high-level support.

    + Build trust with clients by engaging directly, with a focus on relationship-building before offering investment recommendations.

    + Manage the CRM and track client interactions.

    + Handle client documentation from start of opening to account maintenance.

    + Prepare meetings and client presentations.

    Requirements

    + 4+ years at a wealth management firm with experience in investment management, client strategy, and financial planning.

    + Experience supporting an advisor and managing client communications.

    + Proficiency with the Schwab Platform is required.

    + Life insurance experience is a strong plus.

    + eMoney experience is a plus.

    + Series 7, 66, 65, CFP®, ChFC® or similar is a plus, but not required.

    + Bachelor’s degree.

    + Familiarity with CRM systems like Redtail is preferred.

    + AssetMark platform experience is a plus, but not essential, as we prefer to teach them our methods.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets
