FOR YOU

+ Hourly pay:$30–$45/hour(based on experience)

+ $1,000 sign-on bonusafter 6 months of completed work

What You’ll Do

+ Maintain, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems

+ Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, order parts, and complete repairs

+ Log work via service records and digital work order systems

+ Collaborate with senior techs and continue learning on the job

+ Follow all safety policies and procedures

+ Participate in ongoing training

What We’re Looking For

+ 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience

+ EPA Certification (additional licenses a plus)

+ Knowledge of VFDs, pneumatics, and controls

+ Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals

+ Strong communication skills and tech-savvy

+ Willing to work occasional weekends/on-call shifts

+ Company van provided
