    As a **Security Professional - Corporate Office Patrol** in **Durham, NC** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

     

    As an unarmed patrol officer in an aerospace and defense environment, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure atmosphere. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, responding to incidents, and providing excellent customer service and communication to all personnel. You will work as part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity. This role is not an armed or driving post.

    Pay Rate: $21.31 / Hour

    Day** **Time

     

    Sat08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

     

    Sun08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide customer service by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

    + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

    + Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and observing for any unusual conditions.

    + Assist with access control and monitor entry points to help maintain a secure environment within the aerospace and defense location.

    + Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site protocols.

    + Support emergency response efforts and coordinate with site personnel as required.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Must have at least 1 year of security experience.

    + Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.

    + Must be at least 21 years of age.

    + CPR Certification is preferred.

    + North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

    + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

    + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

    + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

    + Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

    + A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
