Customer Service Representative Caldera Medical's Mission: To Improve the Quality of Life for Women! Caldera Medical is seeking an outstanding Customer Service Representative to deliver stellar service to our customers. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will primarily support daily sales order processing, respond to phone calls and general email inquiries from customers, and handle customer claims and reporting. Duties and Responsibilities: * Process orders through manual entry, web order entry, and other system-generated orders, including Sales Orders, Returns, and Credit Memos. * Provide customer service support via phone and email, answering order-related questions and resolving issues. * Assist Manufacturing with order, delivery, and product information inquiries. * Provide backup support to other members of the Customer Service Department. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * High School Diploma required. * 2+ years of administrative (clerical or data entry) experience. * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.). * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning hours to accommodate East Coast customers. * Proficiency in CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce) for managing customer data and relationships. * Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, NAV). Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Ability to manage timelines and work effectively under pressure. * Strong prioritization, planning, and organizational skills to meet daily productivity standards. * Ability to work independently with limited supervision. * Highly detail-oriented. * Basic analytical skills and proficiency with Excel. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization, including supply chain partners.
