Pay: The expected pay range for this position is $20-$25 hourly.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am to 4 pm

Position Summary:
Subaru of Spokane is seeking a driven, detail-oriented individual to take on a hybrid role within our service operations. This position will serve primarily as our Warranty Administrator, responsible for processing and managing warranty claims in accordance with Subaru of America policies. In addition to warranty duties, this role will support the department by managing and maintaining our Cash, Scheduled, and Warranty Schedules, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items. The position will also provide support to our Business Development Center (BDC) by making targeted outbound service calls.

Responsibilities:
The Service Administrator is responsible for developing, processing, managing, following up and tracking all customers as it pertains to parts, service and sales departments within the dealership.
+ Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention
+ Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
+ Utilize computer & phone skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.
+ Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads and service and parts customers.
Qualifications:
+ Ability to present information in a clear and professional manner.
+ Ability to manage one’s own time effectively.
+ Ability to type efficiently.
+ Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multitask efficiently
+ Basic & phone computer skills.
+ Basic understanding of automotive service terminology is desirable
+ Previous experience in a dealership, call center, or customer service environment preferred but not required
