    Suburban Ford of Romeo is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented BDC Administrator to join our growing team. This individual will support the dealership’s Business Development Center by managing incoming and outgoing customer communications. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you.

    Responsibilities:

    + Develop, process, manage, and track customer inquiries.

    + Accurately gather and maintain customer data to build a database for long-term follow-up and retention

    + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product information, pricing, dealership events, and manufacturer promotions

    + Use phone and computer skills to support the Internet Department’s efforts to increase appointments, sales, and customer loyalty

    + Schedule appointments from a variety of lead sources including call-ins, walk-ins, previous customers, service and parts customers, referrals, and online leads

    Qualifications:

    + Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally

    + Self-motivated and able to manage time and priorities effectively

    + Efficient typing skills

    + Proficient with basic computer and phone operations
